Due to customer demand we are now offering verbal building inspections. All inspections are carried out personally by John Cole. With over 30 experience in the building industry (LBP in carpentry & design) you can rest assured that you are getting a highly experienced professional providing down to earth, understandable information and advice.

As a service to our customers (old & new), we keep our Inspection price below the standard charges.

Payment Terms: $225.00

Payment must be made on the day. We accept cash (receipts provided) or cheque.

Please Note: these inspections are carried out solely on a visual basis. These inspections are not a guarantee that all defects (and/or future defects) have been identified. However, with over 30 years exp in the building industry, they are as accurate as you could possibly get.
